Introduction To Using Vacuum Cleaner Motor

When we use a vacuum cleaner to clean the carpet every day, we should move it along the direction of the carpet, so that the dust can be absorbed to keep the carpet hair smooth and not damage the carpet. Use the vacuum cleaner carefully to absorb flammable and explosive items or things with relatively high temperatures, to avoid burning or explosion. Dry vacuum cleaners cannot absorb liquids. Ordinary household vacuum cleaners should try to avoid absorbing metal shavings, otherwise, it is easy to cause damage to the vacuum cleaner and affect its performance. If the dust bag vacuum cleaner finds that the dust bag is damaged, it should stop immediately and replace the dust bag immediately.

  1. To avoid dust damage to the vacuum cleaner motor, it should not be used for a long time

If after a period of use, dust accumulates on the filter bag and the suction power drops, you can shake the box at this time, the dust will be shaken to the bottom of the box, and the suction will be restored. If there is too much dust in the dust bag and dust bucket of the vacuum cleaner, the dust should be removed as soon as possible to keep the dust bucket clean, so as not to affect the dust collection effect and the heat dissipation of the vacuum cleaner motor.

If there is abnormal noise when vacuuming, or when not vacuuming, check it in time, and place the vacuum cleaner in a dry place. Do not wipe the switch with a damp cloth when cleaning, otherwise, it may cause electric leakage or a short circuit. The vacuum cleaner motor has overheating and power-off protection function, which is the self-protection of the machine.

While the vacuum cleaner motor is running to generate heat, it drives the front impeller to run, and the suction generated will suck in a large amount of air from the air intake duct. The air flows through the vacuum cleaner motor and is discharged from the rear exhaust, taking away the heat. Simply put, the vacuum cleaner motor is cooled by the air intake. When the electric vacuum cleaner motor has overheating protection, please check all the air intake ducts, including brush heads, steel pipes, hoses, dust buckets, and filter elements. After the cleaning is complete, the machine can be used normally again after a few minutes of rest.

Use the vacuum cleaner with care to avoid impact. After use, the sundries in the barrel, the dust collection accessories, and the dust bag should be cleaned in time. And clean after each work, check for perforation or air leakage, clean the dust grid and dust bag with detergent and warm water, and air dry. Do not use a dry dust grid and dust bag. Be careful not to fold the hose frequently, and do not stretch or bend it excessively. Usually, the vacuum cleaner should be stored in a ventilated and dry place.

Do not use the vacuum cleaner to absorb gasoline, banana water, ignited cigarette butts, broken glass, needles, nails, etc., and do not absorb wet objects, liquids, sticky objects, and dust containing metal powder to avoid damage to the vacuum cleaner and accidents. During use, once the foreign matter is found to block the straw, you should immediately shut down and check, and remove the foreign matter before continuing to use it.
